An independent lab videoed a side-by-side comparison of BamCore’s Prime Wall and a conventional stud-built wall (2×6 with studs 12” on center) as a calibrated 2×4 projectile was fired at the walls at two different speeds. At 55 mph, the projectile shot straight through the conventional wall without any resistance, but it bounced off the face of the BamCore Prime Wall leaving only a slight dent. At 62 mph, the projectile again flew through the conventional wall but was stopped by the outer layer of the Prime Wall and did not even reach the cavity-side of the second layer.
