Modeling
Customer's permitted building design is modeled through BamCore's BIM process.

Review and Approve
Project stakeholders review and approve BamCore Shop Drawings to resolve conflicts between rough openings, wall cavity framing, and MEP configurations.

Custom Fabrication
The Prime Wall™ panels are custom-fabricated with pre-cut openings and painted with installation instructions.

Palletization and Delivery
Panels are stacked on pallets in sequence for efficient construction. Site maps and installation instructions are accessible via mobile devices and PDF format.

Installation
Installation follows three simple steps: panels attach to standard bottom plates, join together with 1" shiplap connections, and receive dimensional lumber (2x4 or 2x6) in the wall cavity.

MEPI Installation
Once the BamCore structural framing is complete, contractors can proceed with Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) work and insulation installation.
